Thursday, March 1, 2012 - Saturday, March 3, 2012  The Annie Appleseed Project presents its 5th Annual conference at the (former Crowne Plaza Hotel) Embassy Suites, West Palm Beach, FL. The 5th Annual Evidence-based CAM for Cancer conference will start 2PM on Thursday, March 1 and end around 4:30 on Saturday, March 3. Our opening Reception will be held on Thursday, March 1 from 6-9 PM. This conference serves ONLY organic food. There will be an organic buffet breakfast on Friday and Saturday mornings and an organic lunch buffet on those days as well. Dinner on Friday night will be on your own. The hotel has a free shuttle to a nearby shopping center with many food choices, and the hotel's excellent chef will prepare some special meals in their restaurant for our attendees. A variety of speakers, exhibitors and attendees - with CEUs and CNEs offered for most professionals. People with cancer, family and friends, advocates and interested others are all invited. EXHIBITORS please contact us for more information. As in prior years, we will have some Scholarships available consisting of two (2) nights in the hotel in a shared room. The hotel has been changing into an Embassy Suite so that each room will have a refrigerator if you have special food needs or are bringing medication. There's a free shuttle from the West Palm Beach airport (PBI) to the hotel - only a few minutes away. For International travelers, it may be easier to arrive at the Miami airport and drive the 1 1/2 hours north. This hotel is located just 1/4 mile West of I-95 on the Belvedere Road exit. Hotel rooms at $139 for early registration which will close on Janaury 30, 2012. Room availability is limited, so get your reservations in early.
