This brings the body and mind into a state of very deep relaxation. Often this practice is used to relax and quiet the mind when going through stressful periods, times of illness or injury, or to create balance in those who have a very vigorous daily practice. Restorative Yoga releases stress in the physical body and nervous system, and helps to bring the organs and systems of the body back to balance. It heals the body and makes you feel wonderful! |
