 Educational presentations and Patient Advocate Services.  To educate and inform individuals and small groups, making them aware of integrative and alternative options in their wellness journey. ICM will Impart Information and it will inspire clients to have a plan for their health and well-being . In addition, ICM will help them to act upon their plan by offering individual case management and providing Consulting Services to create a plan for ongoing wellness. Lois’ background includes over 30 years of experience in assessment and evaluation of patients in all types of clinical and rehabilitation settings with expertise in case management of chronic illness. She has a solid knowledge of various insurance provider requirements in utilization review. In addition, Lois has hands-on success in the review and management of Workers’ Compensation and disability cases. This patient advocate professional has given presentations to numerous health care professionals including: The Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, The Pennsylvania Association of Chiropractic Examiners and various Physician groups in the state. |
