I am a Certified Yoga Teacher with 14 years experience.

I am an Level II Usui Reiki Healer.  

I am a SoulCollage® Facilitator.

I am an Energy or Light Worker.  I work with Crystals, Herbs, BioSpiritual Focusing,  Osho Zen Tarot Cards, Meditation and Guided Visualizations to bring comfort for those in need and/or in search of their paths. My gift is Empathy.

I am a student of Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Tao Te Ching, Zen Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism and the World.  I bring my experiences to my teaching and encourage you to share yours.

I am a wife, a mother of 2, a daughter, a friend, an Ordained Minister with the Universal Life Church and a child of God.
