After spending too many years in the corporate world - and facing the inevitable downsizing that looms for so many professionals today - I decided to stay at home to be with my 2 beautiful "China Dolls".  When a good friend presented me with the opportunity to improve my family's health AND become my own boss, I jumped at the chance - rather than return to the corporate dog-eat-dog world.  And, I've never looked back!

I LOVE what I do - helping people become healthier, release weight, fight off diabetes, live a healthier lifestyle - and I do it on my own terms.  I work when I want and with whom I want.  It just doesn't get any better than that!!
