My name is Lois Barth, and I call myself a "stand-up philosopher" who supports people in Luscious Living. Luscious living means building your life around your deepest passions and values so that you are available to live your life purpose. My twenty years experience as a coach, facilitator solo-performance artist and holistic care practitioner have given me the tools to show you how to live your luscious life. How do we do that? By clarifying what your core values really are, and building a life around those both personally and professionally. What occurs from this work is a life that has deeper meaning and fulfillment, in which joy and vitality are natural byproducts.
