 Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Coaching, Reiki, Body & Soul Connections  I am passionate about the connection between the Sacred and how we care for our bodies and the Earth. I create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to work on the mental, emotional and spiritual blocks that get in the way of truly nourishing themselves on all levels…and support them in choosing delicious whole foods and other lifestyle choices that nurture the vision they have for living a vibrant and passionate life. Through individual coaching, Reiki Healing Touch, or the Body & Soul Connections program for women, I facilitate deep connection for the sake of profound healing and personal transformation. I have 13 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, and 8 as a Certified Diabetes Educator. I completed the Institute for Integrative Nutrition program in 2006, and also draw from my training as a Certified Solution Method Provider through the Institute for Health Solutions. I completed the Master Level Reiki training (Usui) early in 2008 and am currently finishing my graduate degree in Applied Healing Arts at Tai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts. |
