DONNA UNCAPHER, President / Partner
Donna has worked as a marketing professional since 1991 before co-founding Astraea Marketing Group in 2000. She is a member of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce and the Tri-County Area Chamber of Commerce. Donna served on the Board of Directors of the Exton Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Immaculata University and Downingtown Senior High School. Donna has resided in Chester County since 1979 and currently lives in North Coventry township with her husband and son Noah. She enjoys spending her free time reading, watching independent films, and spending time outdoors.

ROBERT UNCAPHER, Director of Creative Services / Partner
Bob is our "Director of Creative Services" meaning he's our Art Director, Creative Director, and lead designer. Bob has been in the creative field in one capacity or another since 1990. Since college he has held several jobs that have helped him travel down his career path including teaching computers to grades K-8 at a private school when he was 17, two years teaching at a school for juvenile delinquents and at-risk kids, and 5 years in the marketing department at a nationwide environmental engineering firm in Plymouth Meeting. He is a member of the Graphic Artist's Guild of New York and is a real evangelist for maintaining a consistent image across print and web for his clients. His favorite creative tool is the Macintosh computer and he enjoys explaining why it's a great computer. He enjoys reading, science fiction movies, his favorite TV show, Stargate SG-1, roller coasters, home improvement projects, and spending time with family and friends. Bob lives in North Coventry Township with his wife and son Noah.

Normal office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

One-on-one meetings are limited to our local region and by scheduled appointment. However, if you are across the country, it will not hinder our ability to service your account. We currently have clients in California, Indiana, Texas, and Washington...to name a few. Working through phone, e-mail, and fax we are able to accommodate the needs of these clients as easily as if they were across the street from us.

We provide written estimates prior to beginning each job and request a 50% deposit be remitted with each signed estimate with the balance being due and payable within 15 days of completion of the project. Outside services such as printing, postage, etc. are payable in advance as we have negotiated excellent discounts with our vendors in exchange for prepayment. We are then able to pass substantial savings on to our clients. We also offer flat rate retainer fees for clients with numerous projects who want a marketing firm who is available to work with on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. We accept payments by check or major credit card.
