I have created Calmly Green after years of suffering from Anxiety and Depression. Doctors were not listening the medication were making me worse and I knew I had to help myself. I started my long journey into Alternative medicines ,learning all I could, educating and taking classes, I then made it a career, as I managed a wellness center, supplement stores, a buyer for supplements, weight loss counselor, learned Reiki and now I am a director of a company and run also our research center, that studies the effects of stress on the body. I also am in school finishing my psych degree.

I decided after 10 long years and learning all I have, I would like to help others that are suffering. Gain control of your life become transformed,my style is to make you comfortable like you are talking to a friend, but I will ask questions that will help to guide you to transform your life while being inspired.
