 Family Nurse Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Health Counselor  I have been an advocate and provider of integrative and holistic practices for over 30 years. I have experience in family health, pediatrics, womens health, college health and holistic counseling. I offer a broad range of personal health services including the promotion and maintenance of health, the prevention of illness and disability, basic care during acute and chronic phases of illness, and referral to other health care practitioners and community resources when appropriate. I emphasize a holistic approach towards creating optimal health through integration with medical protocols. I focus on lifestyle factors such as physical activity, high quality nutrition, relationships, career and self care. I offer a 6 month personalized program to radically improve your health. I enjoy working with all age groups in the search for health, wellness and happiness.  I work with all age groups to provide practices of healing on the mental, emotional, and physical levels in an integrative manner, using both conventional and alternative medicine. I take the time to understand and listen, teach and discuss treatment options, resources, and modalities of improving your health. Health begins by recognizing imbalances and discussing treatment options that best work to attain a healthy and happy life.  I offer a six month personalized program that will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
