 Nutritional therapist providing diet analysis, weight loss, detox, supervised fasting, far infrared sauna therapy.  As both a licensed psychotherapist and a nutritional consultant, I help clients heal from a wide variety of problems using counseling and nutritional interventions. I am board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and a member of the American Holistic Health Association. I also serve on the faculty of the Global College of Natural Medicine. My mission is to help others to live healthier happier lives through counseling, education and nutrition.  Orthomolecular psychotherapy, positive psychology, nutritional therapy, and healing through far infrared sauna therapy. I specialize in non-drug treatment of depression and weight management problems.  Tahara 60 is a blend of over 50 fermented fruits, vegetables and herbs that support rapid weight loss and detoxification when used as part of a supervised fast. Tahara's Signature Blend contains herbs that specifically target inflammatory conditions. Far infrared therapy (FIR) supports detoxification. Studies have proven FIR effective for treating fibromyalgia, pain and inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, tumors and colon cancer, and chronic fatigue. It has also been proven to strengthen the heart, and to improve blood flow, wound healing, and skin texture. The Tahara Center also provides counseling and positive psychotherapy, as well as a range of holistic therapies including acupuncture, apitherapy, tui na medical massage, and fire cupping. Other Tahara sites include Los Angeles, San Jose, and New York.  Our typical hours of operation are: M - F, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM; and Sat, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Dr Deb is available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as needed during supervised fasts.  Payment is expected at the time of service.
