Wellness Pathways is a patient-centered holistic health practice with a warm, caring environment. I spend 2-3 hours on a first appointment to take a detailed history and really listen to my patients. I help them gain insight into healthy nutrition and lifestyle patterns and help them recognize and modify theirs if necessary. As a traditional Naturopath and Certified Nutritionist, I feel that the body is able to heal itself given appropriate nutrition, lifestyle and detoxification.  We do not seek to suppress symptoms but rather rather look for underlying causes of disease. We attempt to identify and eliminate root causes of dis-ease. I am also a Certified Quantum Reflex Analysis Practitioner, having studied under Dr. Bob Marshall of the national radio program Healthline and use this technique to evaluate the energy levels of the body's organs and glands. We use a detox method that clears scars and traumas that are interference fields to the body's  normal energy flow, thus preventing total healing.
