Lasting Light Yoga and Reiki offers a full spectrum of classes and workshops. We are also available for private instruction, wellness events, and provide yoga classes for parties/events, private groups, sports teams, and schools.  We offer adult, pre-natal, childrens, and gentle yoga classes.  For Reiki we offer private sessions and group lessons. Kelly Neylan is a nationally certified Hatha, Children, and Pre-Natal yoga instructor.  She is also an  Usui, Sekhem-Seichim, and Karuna Ki Reiki Master as well as a sound healer and author of the upcoming book Little Bodies Big Souls - stories from yoga and children that will heal your life (www.LittleBodiesBigSouls.com).
