The wellness movement captured my attention some years ago, after a series of severe illnesses struck my family, and I lost three family members in just a few short years. I began to research prevention strategies, and had an enormous awakening with regard to the importance of good nutrition for optimal health. The results obtained by people who suffered from chronic migraines, asthma, arthritis, severe pain, digestive disorders, and other chronic conditions were stunning. And then I achieved better health myself; my own chronic pain and allergies were completely eliminated with the use of certain nutritional supplements. I knew I wanted to be a part of this incredible movement and to help others.
I trained to become a Nutraceutical Consultant, with the ability to consult with individuals and health practices and provide advice on nutritional regimens for disease prevention and optimal health. I have now collected and archived hundreds of testimonials from clients who have improved their pain, allergies, arthritis, energy, diabetes, ADD and ADHD, auto-immune challenges, and many other health problems, from digestion problems such as reflux, IBS and Crohn's Disease, to cardiovascular problems. I've also achieved great results with nutrition as an anti-aging strategy. Everyone who meets me thinks I am much younger than I really am. I attribute this to the detoxification of my system through better nutrition. By detoxifying our bodies we can reduce the damaging effects of free radicals and improve overall health. I am very happy to share my experience with anyone seeking optimal health, wellness, prevention, and longevity.
I work with everyone from children to the elderly, and recommend nutritional regimens based on each individual's needs. For example, I have specific nutritional approaches for children in the autism spectrum, and have many ways to address and help to mitigate the effects of age-related health challenges. Weight management is also a speciality, and I have a very successful weight loss program that teaches improved eating habits that can be sustained for life.
