    Introduction

Featured as one of the top 5 traditional yoga studios in New Jersey by New Jersey Life magazine, The Princeton Center for Yoga & Health (PCYH) is a yoga and holistic health center located in Skillman, NJ. Opening in 1996, PCYH, was the first studio of its kind in our area, and has been an oasis of calm, healing, and fun.   The Center moved to its new location, 88 Orchard Road, a scenic, 5 acre campus just a mile and a half from its previous location in January, 2012.  Welcoming all traditions, the Center offers a variety of yoga, meditation and holistic lifestyle classes and workshops.   Its mission is to provide a warm, comfortable, and inviting environment in which to explore different paths to health, healing, and personal growth. In two spacious and light-filled studios, PCYH offers a variety of yoga, meditation, stress reduction (Including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - MBSR and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression - MBCT), and holistic lifestyle classes, monthly concerts, kirtan, drumming circles, and workshops and teacher trainings. The Center also provides the community with access to various therapeutic and bodywork practitioners (such as therapeutic massage, psychotherapy, and chiropractic care). Work-exchange opportunities, corporate programs, workshop and space rental, free parking.
