Dr. Shayne's practice philosophy..WELLNESS EDUCATION IN MOTION, simply defined is the opposite of one-size-fits-all. As a facilitator for wellness she coaches patients to focus on health promotion by assessing needs, deciding on wellness goals and planning strategy to meet those goals. Areas of innovative and progressive holistic education include (but not limited to) diet/nutrition, detoxification, stress management, positive relationships and environmental awareness. Patients discover how to promote a greater level of calm, productivity and joy in their lives.
