My mission is to teach the tools necessary to become stress resilient. Stress is inevitable. How we deal with stress is optional. The most dangerous aspect of stress is the damaging effects it has on the immune system. Many chronic and acute illnesses are preceded by prolonged periods of stress. Arming yourself with the tools to empower your immune system just makes sense given the stressful world in which we live. 
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Stress Coach located in Jacksonville, Florida. I see clients in my local office and also offer phone coaching.

I specialize in stress, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, and happiness training.

I offer in-office counseling as well as telephone coaching. There is no set number of sessions. Some people reach their goals in one or two sessions and others desire a more comprehensive plan. As the client, you know when your goals have been attained. I am here to facilitate that process!
