Professional Membership Terms of Service
We apologize for the length of this list, but in order to enjoy all of the features of the Natural Lifestyle Network Professional Membership, you must agree to each of the following Terms of Service. These terms contain important information and create a legally binding contract. By checking “I agree,” on the Registration page you agree to abide by all of the following Terms of Service.
- Natural Lifestyle Network (hereafter referred to as “NLN”) Terms
NLN includes various web sites, web pages, profiles, calendars, advertising, articles and other services operated by Natural Lifestyle LLC with mailing address of 256 Eagleview Blvd, Suite 505, Exton PA.. As used in this Terms of Service Agreement, "you" or "your" means you, or anyone who has access to use your NLN account, as defined below. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to subscribe to Natural Lifestyle professional member services, whether for yourself or on behalf of an organization. - Limitation of Liability
Natural Lifestyle LLC is neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive or other damages arising out of or relating to this website, site-related services and/or content or information contained within the site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using this website and cancel your membership. - Acceptance of Terms of Service
The Natural Lifestyle Network (NLN) Professional Membership Terms of Service is a legal agreement between you and Natural Lifestyle LLC. It governs your use of any of NLN’s membership services on this website. NLN’s professional membership is offered to you conditional upon your acceptance—without modification—of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this Terms of Service Agreement. If you do not consent to these terms, then please do not subscribe to or use NLN’s professional member services. - General
You represent and warrant that: (1) you are at least 18 years of age (2) all information that you submit is true and accurate, including information relating to your payment method; and (3) you are authorized to use the payment method. You agree to comply with your responsibilities and obligations as stated within this Terms of Service Agreement. NLN may: (1) generate print copies of its electronic records and introduce them in evidence as original documents; and (2) prove your agreement or consent in any manner, including without limitation, by showing that a procedure existed by which you must have provided consent or engaged in conduct to obtain your NL member services account. A printed version of this Terms of Service Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. - Commercial Transactions
Certain services may be offered for sale on NaturalLifestyle.net. In the event you wish to subscribe to any of these services, you will be asked by NLN or an authorized third party to supply certain information, including without limitation, your full name, address, telephone number and credit card information. You agree to provide NLN or such third party with information that is accurate, complete and current, and to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement that you may enter into governing your purchase of the service. You shall be responsible for all charges incurred through your account as well as for paying any applicable taxes.
When you open a subscription based account, you hereby agree to pay all charges to your account, including any applicable taxes, in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. NLN reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges for services we provide, and to institute new fees, charges or terms, effective upon notice to subscribers. NLN reserves the right to terminate any account at any time, for any reason. NLN agrees that it will notify you when, and if, we decide to terminate your account. Your right to use the service is conditional upon NLN’s receipt of payment. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately either suspend or terminate your access and account, thereby terminating this agreement and all of NLN’s obligations hereunder. You are required to pay any amounts still owed to us at the time your account is suspended or terminated. - Keeping Your Account Updated
You are responsible for notifying NL immediately regarding any updates or changes in your account payment method, address, email or other contact information. - Security in Your Account
Your subscription to NLN professional member services requires you to create an account, which involves providing us with current and accurate sign-up information, as well as choosing a user name and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. NLN is not responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge and/or consent. - Notification of Changes in Your Membership Plan
Should NLN choose to make any changes or additions to the terms, conditions, and notices involving any terms related to pricing, discontinuation or changing of plans and payments, then NLN will notify you of such changes or additions at least 30 days in advance of the effective date of any such changes. In the event that you do not agree to such changes or additions, then you must cancel your membership and discontinue your usage of your professional membership account prior to the effective date of such changes or additions. Your continued use of NLN’s professional membership services after the effective date of such changes or additions constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to such changes or additions. - Unauthorized Use of Membership Services
Unless otherwise specified, NLN professional membership services are for your personal use only. Any unauthorized commercial use of NLN membership services, or the resale of any NLN membership services, is expressly prohibited. - Third Party Links
There are links included within NLN that direct you to third-party websites, which are identifiable by their internet addresses outside of the NaturalLifestyle.net domain. These sites are not under NLN’s control and it is not responsible for the content of these sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by NLN of the site or any association with its operators unless directly stated. Any dealings with third parties included within the NLN website or participation in promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the other third party. NLN is not responsible or liable for any such activities or promotions. - Prohibited Use Policy
You are prohibited from using NLN’s membership services for any purpose that is unlawful in any way, You agree that when using your NLN membership service you will not use your membership in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk e-mail, spamming or any unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise). You will not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others. You will not publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information, nor any topic, name, material or information that incites discrimination, hate or violence towards one person or a group because of their belonging to a race, a religion or a nation. You will not upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not as limitation, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights to do so, or that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy or publicity right, or other proprietary right of any party. You will not download any file posted by another user of NLN that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner. You will not harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses. You will not create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others. - Right to Review
NLN is not oblligated to monitor NLN membership services; however, NLN reserves the right to review materials posted to any NLN member service and to remove any materials at its sole discretion. NLN reserves the right to terminate your access to membership services at any time, without notice, for any reason. NLN reserves the right at all times to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. - Assumption of Risk
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information. NLN does not control or endorse the content, messages or information that is posted and therefore, NLN specifically disclaims any liability with regard to such content, messages or information and any actions resulting from your participation in any NLN membership service which permits posting of content, messages or information. The NLN website contains hyperlinks to third party websites. NLN is not responsible for the actions or practices of these websites. It is possible that these sites may collect personal information from you. NLN will not list your email in your profile due to privacy concerns (there is a form available for readers to contact you without seeing your email address). Please be aware that if you post personal information online, such as your name and email address, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. Ultimately, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your personal information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online. - Copyright
All information, materials, graphics, and products that are made available to view and/or download in connection with NL, excluding content that may be made available by members and other designated third parties, is owned by and is the copyrighted work of NLN and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the content is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties. - Disclaimer
NLN shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, without limitation. This includes damages for loss of use, data or profits; damages for delay or inability to use NLN; damages stemming from the provision of or failure to provide services; damages for any content; or any damages arising out of the use of NLN, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. NLN makes no representations or warranties that: (1) the services, content, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through use of the website by NLN or any third party, are accurate, reliable, complete, timely or error-free; (2) files available for downloading from or via this online site will be free of infection by viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties; (3) the results that may be obtained from the use of the services or content will be reliable; (4) the quality or efficacy of any product and/or service of any third party that is discussed, promoted, obtained, or purchased within or via the website, its services or content will meet your expectations; or (5) any errors in the services or content will be corrected. - Spam Policy
NLN may immediately terminate any account which it determines, at its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any 'spam' or other unsolicited bulk e-mail. - Termination of Membership
NLN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, with or without notice. For example, NLN may, at its discretion, terminate or suspend your membership if notified that your payment method has expired or has been cancelled, or if it has reason to believe that any billing information provided is inaccurate, not current, or incomplete. You may terminate your NLN membership at any time, with or without cause. In order to maintain the integrity of the Natural Lifestyle Network Resource Directory it is important that all members update or remove their listings if they are no longer valid for any reason, i.e. change of address, e-mail, phone number, etc. NL reserves the right to terminate or suspend member accounts that are deemed to provide inaccurate or out-of-date contact information. In general, unless there is an infraction under the terms of this agreement or a disregard for the guidelines for completion of your profile or any other member service, a refund will be given for any unused portion of a service that is terminated by either party. Said refund shall be at the sole discretion of NL.See the FAQ section of this website for further details about refunds. - Applicable Law: Jurisdiction and Venue
NLN controls our website from offices in the United States. NLN makes no representation that the website and the Content of the website is appropriate, legal or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access the NLN website from other locations do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any claim relating to the NLN website or the Content shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Maryland, without reference to its choice of law provisions.
